Q. Do you have different styles of carrying cases?

A. We have created thousands of custom sewn products over the years including web assemblies and dust covers.

Q. Are there choices of material selection?

A. Canvas, Cordura® Nylon 1000D & 400D, Herculite®, Mil-Spec fabrics, Polyester 600D w/vinyl back and more.

Q. Are there choices for hardware?

A. ITW Nexus® Plastic, Black/Zinc Metal, Nickel-Plated Metal YKK Zipper, Mil-Spec.

Q. Can I include custom graphics in my design?

A. Our talented in-house graphics department can recreate your logo or typeset your part numbers. Case graphics can be screen-printed, embroidered, or applied by heat transfer.

Q. Are there choices of strapping & belting?

A. Cotton, Nylon, Mil-Spec, Polyester. 1", 1.5", 2".

Q. Can you provide custom hard-sided cases?

A. We can provide custom hard-side cases including blow-molded cases with 21 different sizes to choose from. We can fill the inside cavity with pluck foam. We can provide a custom foam insert for the case. We also carry injection-molded cases, empty first-aid boxes, and tradesman cases.

Q. Can you provide military-grade sewing services?

A. We carry a wide variety of mil-spec materials, webbing, and hardware. We can meet most mil-spec standards. Call or provide us with a drawing.

Q. How long does it take to manufacture a custom case design?
