Customer #1: Customer needs 10k units a month, Primary vendor makes 8k units a month and a secondary vendor makes 2k units a month with capacity to increase in a pinch.
Customer #2: Primary vendor makes all the carrying cases, but a secondary vendor has priced prototyped and produced short runs ready to receive orders and begin production quickly if needed.
Customer #3: Manufacturer has all its bags manufactured overseas but there are short runs, one offs and unique variations that they have a domestic supplier for. That supplier could step in if the overseas supplier couldn't deliver for any reason.
